1. Request a Quote
Firstly, submit your printing requirements to us through the contact form on our website. Upon receiving your needs, we will conduct a preliminary analysis and provide you with feedback.
2. Choose Card Size
Recommended: 57 x 87 mm (2.25 x 3.5″) / 63 x 88 mm (2.5 x 3.5″)
Based on your submitted requirements, we will communicate with the customer to confirm the dimensions. Some customers may have their own designs but are unsure which size to choose for the best experience. Rest assured, our product template library offers hundreds of size options. If you are unsure about the size selection, our account managers will provide recommendations.
3. Cards Stock
Recommended: 300gsm / 350gsm art paper
In response to customers’ preferences for the tactile feel of game cards, we recommend selecting cardstock with higher rigidity for larger sizes and opting for lower rigidity or satisfying hand-feel for smaller sizes. Additionally, we offer a selection of cardstocks from different countries to meet varied customer needs.
4. Surface Finishing
Recommended: Varnish Finish / Lamination Finish
In terms of surface finish, ordinary customers can opt for simple styles. However, for customers with higher requirements, we also offer a wide range of surface finishoptions, such as card edge, logo finish, partial decoration, and prominent surface finish on the box.
5.Instruction Booklets
Recommended: Lamination Finish
For customers with simpler game rules, they may choose not to produce instruction manuals or opt for simple fold booklets. However, for users with more complex gameplay, a more detailed instruction manual is necessary, such as Perfect Binding Booklets or Saddle Stitch Booklets.
6. Card Packaging
Recommended: Tuck Box / Lid-bottom Box
Our box packaging is highly diversified, with common types including tuck box, flip box, tin box, and rigid box. Among these, the most common choice for game cards is the tuck box. Customers can choose the packaging method that best suits their game cards according to their needs.
